Genie in a Bottle
by Sofia Madentzoglou
Intro: People set goals in their lives. They have dreams. They strive to get their dreams accomplished so much at times that they get obsessed with one specific path that they want to follow and they chase it so much that they end up being stuck on that and only that putting a wall to anything else that might come that might even have the chance of leading them to their goal.
From my experience, I have caught myself getting what I want when I actually stop wanting it. I practice it so much now that on purpose at times when I want something so much I say and trick myself to see it very superficially and even forget about it.
The following is a tool that I already use and will use applying the above personal belief to the well formed objectives, taking a few elements from the anchoring technique creating a situation where the client leaves partly the goal that he is obsessed with aside transforming it's package into one that he or she still wants subconsciously but is no longer conscious about it all the time assisting in a way that he keeps acting towards it without having the obsession and other negative feelings coming from possible reactions like failures.
The above technique is aimed to be used in groups of people in the art world.
The process is the same but it is being applied During the creation process of a totem or of a whole construction and as they let it go they let go of their obsession.
It can also be that they burn in the end what they created. In my work at art management projects the above technique during the process of creation can offer multiple outcomes in ones self and in the art piece itself. Art therapy. At the end of the project when the creation is burnt, along with the obsession or the goal that the client is obsessed with is being put out in the universe and is still there. The client is letting go of the obsessive part but the goal is still there and will come one day back to him.

- Close your eyes and think of a goal you want to achieve.(when you have it you can open your eyes)
- Describe the goal.
- How much time do you need to have this goal?
- What resources do you need for this goal.
- Eco check.
- Create a symbol for this goal.
- Put it in a package write your name on it. You have it in your hand. No one can take it away from you.Take a deep breath.Inhale and as you exhale, open the fingers of your hand one by one and send it away/ let it go.

Skyrocket to Change
(a technique for planning change)
by Tomas Šlapikas
The purpose of the technique is to help people create plan for a desired desired goal. The idea of the technique comes from “well formed objectives” and desire to put more emphasis on planning side and narrative of the technique. Due to it’s story-based characteristics, it might be more suitable for younger adults, children.
1. Composing positive objective. Client shortly defines what he wants to reach, for example “to open an online shop”.
STORY STARTS. Imagine that you are in a big space station’s hangar. In front of you there is a beautiful space ship. You slowly go towards it. Climb inside. Sit in the cockpit.
2. Definition of the goal + achieved physiology. Client again defines goal and how would he feel then he achieved the goal.
You look around in a cockpit and you see the big computer in front of you opening up. Screen flashes a few times and requests you type in the planet you want to reach - please in your mind type your objective and press ENTER. (client types in “to open an online shop”). The screen flashes again and you see a hologram of planet floating around. What color is it?
You hear a buzzing sound and see on the computer a face of a person with pilot’s helmet on. He says: “Hi, I’m Victor (Visual sensations), I’m Your assistant pilot. I stay on the front of the space ship, so I can clearly see, but due to noisy sounds of flying I can barely hear anything and shaking all over can’t make me feel too good. What I wanted to ask you, what would you see when you achieved your goal”. Same way Andrew (Auditory sensations), the space station guy is introduced, who can hear well, but can’t see that well, or feel that well; and Klaus, the engineer, who can feel well, but can’t see or hear that well (he’s in a ship). They also ask about achieved physiology.
3. Definition of the plan. Client defined what steps are needed for the goal to be achieved and time needed.
You see computer screen flash again, and after few beeping sounds you see your current station of left bottom side of the screen and your planet on the top right. Because the trip is far, and not the easiest one, you would need to refuel at other stations on a way. You see a question appear: “What’s the first stop towards your plan?”. (So are all the steps needed towards the goal defined). How long would the trip take? (Defines how much time would the client need).
4. Obstacles to reach goal. Client tells possible problems which could make it harder to reach each step of the goal.
You start the engine and feel how the ship lifts up, and you start to fly through the space. While flying and going to the wanted planet, do you see any Asteroids on your path - the thing which could make it harder for you to reach your goal?
5. Collecting capabilities. (repeat step 4 as much as needed to solve all the possible obstacles and gain strength from it)
Being a great pilot that your are, your focus on the Asteroid in front and try to find your inner strength to overcome it. What would help? What experience from your past could help you? What were the moments which were hard, but you managed to overcome it?
With collected strength, you manage to pull the control wheel and avoid the Asteroid. You fly further.
6. Anchoring strengths.
In the horizon you see the planet you sought. Does it have people living in it? You land on it and are greeted by people in it. You are presented with a medal for your trip and great maneuvers. What symbol does it has engraved?
7. Own and environment eco-check.
What does it mean to you to achieve the goal? How the people of the planet benefit from the goal you would achieve.
8. First step towards goal. Client defines small, specific step which he could do in the near future, which would help him to achieve the goal.
After being in space travel expedition and getting better understanding of what you want to achieve, you must be very proud of yourself. You probably want to start with you goal as soon as possible. What would be the first small step in real life that would help you to achieve the goal right now?

Master Athlete Technique
by Anna Marija Berzina
Having competed, I experienced how much the mindset can affect the performance of an athlete. Visualizing the performance helps a lot but this technique would improve it even more. This technique is designed for highly motivated athletes who want to focus all their skills to reach the specific goal and to mentally prepare them. The 3 different Meta states provide the client with a possibility to find more resources, see what more he or she can do, give feedback. Each one of them has a different perspective. It is important to reach goal (step 9), in a dissociated way, so that there is something to anchor.
1. Set the timeline - establish the past, present, goal and Meta state.
2. Set a specific result you want to reach in this particular game/run/event. Describe it in associated way. Use VAKOG and anchoring to experience it more deeply.
3. Go forward to your goal in the timeline.
4. Go to the Meta state (disassociated), describe the view from there, look for improvements. Find more resources within the person if necessary.
5. Go back to the timeline.
6. Go to the second Meta state, which is further away. VAKOG.
7. Return to the timeline.
8. Third Meta state, furthest away.
9. Reach the goal in dissociated way, double the feeling, anchor, create a symbol for that, eco-check.
10. Return to present (in a super happy mood, because of the dissociated anchor)

Well Formed Objective 2.0
by José Henrique Galvão Rodrigues
To help a person to build a realistic objective based on is own interests, tastes and abilities, defining, in the last steps, a dead line for the first step towards the major plan.
This technique is an upgrade from the “well formed objective”, adding an eco-check in the beginning to scan clients general interests, tastes and capabilities from those the objective will be formed. In the last steps of the technique is suggested the client to define a deadline for the first action towards the objective, in order to encourage its beginning and completion.

- Scanning general interests and tastes
- Scanning capabilities towards the interests and tastes
- Composing a positive objective, based on the interests and capabilities above mentioned
- Eco-check (if it is not clear, go back to step 1 or 2)
- Definition of the achieved objective physiology
- Own Eco-check
- Eco-check of the environment
- Collecting from the previous competences the ones supporting the objective
- Steps towards the objective
- Defining a deadline to accomplish the first step
- Future pace
